Shipping policy

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms set out the procedure for payment, processing and delivery of goods purchased through the SKINZ online store at skinz.com.ua and apply together with the Public Agreement (Offer).

1.2. Before the order is confirmed, the Buyer is informed of the name and quantity of the goods, their price, the available payment and delivery methods, and the delivery costs or how they are determined.

1.3. In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and mandatory provisions of the legislation of Ukraine, the requirements of law apply.

2. Placing and confirming an order

2.1. The Buyer places an order on the website, providing accurate contact details, the selected goods, the payment method and the details required for delivery.

2.2. Before finally confirming the order, the Buyer can check its contents, quantity, selected options, price and recipient details, and correct any errors using the means available on the website.

2.3. After placing the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation with the order number and information on the next steps. Confirmation that an order has been placed is not in itself confirmation of payment.

2.4. If an item is not in stock, the Seller may make it to the Buyer’s order. The estimated time to make and prepare such an item for shipment is 1 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed and the required prepayment is received, unless another period is agreed with the Buyer. If the agreed period changes, the Seller notifies the Buyer to agree on how to proceed with the order. Making a standard model to order does not in itself mean custom tailoring to personal measurements.

3. Payment

3.1. The current price of each item is shown on the website. The total amount of the order is shown before it is confirmed. The price of an already agreed order may not be changed without the Buyer’s consent.

3.2. Depending on the item and the order conditions, the Buyer pays 100% of the price in advance, or a 50% prepayment with the remaining 50% paid cash on delivery when collecting the order at a Nova Poshta branch. The available payment method and the amount due are communicated to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

3.3. If online payment is chosen, the payment is processed by the relevant payment service provider.

3.4. The prepayment is considered made once the payment service confirms a successful transaction or the amount is credited to the Seller’s account. With a 50% prepayment, partial payment does not mean the order has been paid in full.

3.5. The order is shipped after the prepayment in the amount set for that order has been made. With a 50% prepayment, the Buyer pays the rest of the price cash on delivery when collecting the order at a Nova Poshta branch. The carrier’s fees for delivery and money transfer are paid by the Buyer at the carrier’s current rates, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

3.6. The receipt is provided to the Buyer in the form and manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.

4. Delivery within Ukraine

4.1. Orders are delivered within Ukraine by the postal operator Nova Poshta to available branches, parcel lockers or to the recipient’s address, depending on the selected service and the carrier’s capabilities.

4.2. The delivery cost is not included in the price of the goods unless expressly stated otherwise on the website. It is determined by the selected carrier’s rates or by the conditions communicated to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

4.3. Items in stock are handed over for shipment within the time communicated to the Buyer when the order is confirmed. For items made to order, the preparation time is approximately 1 to 7 business days in accordance with clause 2.4 of these Terms. The transit time is calculated separately and depends on the route and the carrier’s operating conditions.

4.4. Delivery is made to locations and branches served by the relevant carrier, taking into account restrictions established by law and security conditions.

4.5. After the shipment is handed over to the carrier, the Buyer is given, where technically possible, a waybill number or other information for tracking the delivery.

5. International delivery

5.1. International delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta International and Nova Global to countries and destinations available for shipping, subject to the Seller confirming that delivery is possible.

5.2. The available payment methods, payment currency, cost and estimated international delivery times are communicated to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

5.3. Customs duties, taxes and fees that may arise in the country of destination are paid by the buyer in accordance with applicable law and the agreed delivery terms. If such payments are not included in the order price, the Buyer is informed of this before the contract is concluded.

5.4. The time to prepare goods for international shipment is determined by clause 4.3 of these Terms. The international transit time is separate and depends on the destination country, customs clearance and the carrier; the estimated time is communicated to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

6. Receiving and checking the goods

6.1. When receiving the order, the Buyer is advised to check the integrity of the packaging, the quantity, completeness and external condition of the goods in the presence of the carrier’s representative, if possible.

6.2. If visible damage to the packaging, missing items or incorrect contents are found, the Buyer is advised to record the circumstances together with the carrier and notify the Seller using the contact details on the website.

6.3. The absence of a carrier’s report or notification at the moment of receipt does not deprive the Buyer of the rights established by the legislation of Ukraine.

6.4. The procedure for exchanging and returning goods and for refunds is set out in a separate document, “Terms of Exchange and Return of Goods”, available on the website, taking into account the legislation of Ukraine.

7. Contacting the Seller and final provisions

7.1. For questions about payment, order status, delivery and receipt of goods, the Buyer can use the contact details on the SKINZ website.

7.2. Information about the Seller and its mandatory details is published in the relevant section of the website and in the Public Agreement (Offer).

7.3. These Terms apply in the version communicated to the Buyer before the relevant order was placed. Changes made after the contract is concluded do not change the agreed terms without the Buyer’s consent, except in cases provided for by law.
